We all slack off a bit during the holidays – it’s almost impossible not to. But unfortunately for us all good things must come to an end sometime.

And for us – that time is now. The leftovers are gone, the in-laws are heading home and it’s time for us to get back to business as usual.

But I know how it is trying to get back into the swing of things after a long weekend like we just had.

So today I thought we’d start off slow and gradually work our way work our way back into our usual routines as the week goes on.
