As the old story goes, women simply don’t won’t sex after a certain age. Well, I don’t know where that story came from… but it doesn’t apply to most of the women I’ve known through my practice.
The truth is, women can – and do – enjoy sex well into their 80’s and 90’s… and even longer. While some of the physical changes that come with aging may create challenges, they don’t have to put a stop to your sex life.
In fact, when fertility is no longer an issue… when the kids are grown up and gone… you can enjoy a tremendously fulfilling sex life. And in the next few minutes, I’ll help you discover how.
Overcoming “the Change”
At a certain point in your life, you will (or already have) stop ovulating. Your estrogen levels drop. And you experience what we euphemistically call “the change of life.” Frankly, it’s not an easy time for any woman.
In fact, a large Australian study discovered that 88% of women experience sexual problems after they stop ovulating.1 And most of the time, it’s physical. The most common problems you may encounter are vaginal dryness, painful intercourse, arousal problems, trouble having an orgasm and lower sexual desire.2
But don’t let this scare you. Because most of these problems are related. And you can beat them.
You probably know that estrogen plays a major role in both desire and the physical aspect of sex. But did you know there are simple, natural ways to address the underlying estrogen problem… and each of these issues? You can – and it’s often easier than you might think.

How to Get Your Mojo Back
Besides a patient, caring partner, blood flow is your biggest ally for greater arousal.3 During arousal, your body directs additional blood to your sex organs. And nitric oxide (NO) boosts blood flow.
So it stands to reason that boosting NO can help improve blood flow during that critical time of arousal.
And it’s easy to boost NO. Just stock up on L-arginine, the raw material your body uses to make it. Include nuts, lean meat, seafood and low-fat diary products regularly in your diet. They’re all good sources of L-arginine.
But other issues can get in the way of arousal. For instance, nothing kills a woman’s romantic mood faster than “hot flashes.”

Vitamin E to the Rescue
