No Pain, No Complain

Nobody likes pain. Doesn’t matter if it’s the sharp bite of a broken leg or the nagging drum of a migraine headache – pain hurts!

Even worse if you’re one of the one in three Americans that suffer from chronic pain in one form or another – it’s part of your every day life.
It never goes away – it’s constant and can be very difficult to treat because its cause can be unclear (like arthritis pain). And it can affect nearly every part of your life if you let it – everything from…

* Trouble sleeping
* Problems at work
* The inability to exercise
* Lack of involvement in any physical activities
* Avoiding sex and life’s other simple pleasures

But there’s a significant difference between chronic and acute pain. Just because you suffer from chronic pain, doesn’t necessarily mean you’re injuring yourself by fighting through it.

So many times you don’t need to stop what you’re doing and you can keep living life, as long as you can figure out a way to fight through the pain that is.

So today I thought I’d share a few simple ways you can learn to manage your nagging pains, so you can get back to living life on your terms once again:

1) Healthy Diet:

Any time you have a health concern of any kind your diet should be the first place you look for answers. Removing sugar, processed carbs, pesticides and other toxins from your diet can eliminate pain amazingly fast.

2) Water:

It does a lot more than just quench your thirst. Water is your body’s main cleanser and lubricant, keeping your body functioning properly inside and out – it’s absolutely essential for keeping your muscles, organs and your joints healthy, lubricated and pain free.

3) Deer Antler Velvet:

An excellent source of both glucosamine and chondroiton, both stimulate the growth of new cartilage and promote healing. Perfect for anyone suffering with chronic joint pain — it’s been used for over 1000 years all over Asia, and on top of reducing pain it’s known to increase strength and stamina.

4) Exercise:

Just make sure you don’t over do it at first or you’ll only make matters worse. Just try and do a little more each day and before you know it – your new stronger more resilient body will be immune to the minor annoyances that used to bother you.

5) Control Your Environment:

Large towers and heavy duty power lines can wreak havoc on the electromagnetic field that surrounds our bodies. So if you live near either I’d recommend staying in a hotel for a week and see how you feel.

Another way you can control your environment is to identify activities that aggravate your pain and circumvent them. For instance if it hurts your nagging shoulder to grab cups off the top shelf – move them to the bottom, or you could even grab them with one of those fancy claw devices. Get creative.

You may be surprised to know that it’s next to impossible to get all the nutrients you need just from the foods you eat. Most of what we eat is processed – frozen and preserved, stripping all the essential nutrients rich vitamins and minerals right out of it.

That’s why you should be taking Best Life Herbal’s, Men’s Daily Formula — It’s a powerfully effective, multi-vitamin, with added support that specifically targets a man’s unique biological needs, including his sexual potency and prostate concerns. In my opinion it’s the most comprehensive Men’s Health product on the market today.

6) Get a Massage:

My personal favorite! Moving the muscles and other soft tissue can relieve tension and stress, and can have a miraculous affect on your nagging pains. And if you have a physical therapist in your area that offers therapeutic massage even better. They can also show you specific exercises that can alleviate your particular pain, and improve your flexibility and strength.

Living with pain is no easy task, I know. But you can’t give into the discomfort and let it ruin every other aspect of your life.

So if you haven’t already done so, you should talk to your doctor and tell him or her exactly what you’ve been going though. Because you never know – there could be an underlying problem you had no idea existed.

With just a little bit of work, you can live life pain free for the rest of your life. All it takes is a little bit of patience and perseverance.

Stay Healthy!
