I’m so Tired Today!

It was a long night last night and I’m paying the price for it this morning. And since I’m not a coffee drinker it can be very tough on days like today to get my butt in gear – when I’d really just rather go home and fall asleep watching TV.
But you guys know me better than that – I’d never let down my loyal subscribers. So the show must go on.

So today in the spirit of partying all night and working all day I thought we’d discuss a few techniques I use to re-charge my batteries on days like today – because as you know drinking massive quantities of coffee or those fancy energy drinks just isn’t a healthy option.

7 All Natural Ways to Jump Start your Morning:

#1) Get More Iron: Often times fatigue is directly related to low levels of iron in the blood stream. Increasing your iron intake helps bolster both red blood cell counts and the amount of oxygen that travels through your body which your body turns into energy. There are numerous nutritional supplements and multi-vitamins that can help you fill your reserves – but my personal favorite is a good old fashioned breakfast of steak and eggs.

Ever wonder how why China has a population of over 1.3 billion people? Well I’ll tell you why – they’ve literally transformed men’s herbal potency supplements into an art form. Even modern prescription medication can’t hold a candle to their most sacred formulations. But there’s no need to be jealous – if you can’t beet them, join them.

Just follow this link and learn how:

#2) Deep Breaths: In your body oxygen equals energy – so if you find yourself dragging your butt in the morning try breathing as deep as you can for 5 minutes. It’s a quick and simple way to boost your energy levels and increase your stamina for the day ahead.

#3) Stand up Straight: Good posture is key in achieving maximum energy flow through your entire body. If you find yourself slouching a bit try standing up straight – imagine there’s a rope attached to the top of your head connecting it to the ceiling. Make sure you keep your head up and your shoulders back – you should feel an immediate improvement.

#4) Herbal Remedies: As far as herbal remedies go – I’ve tried them all. And a select few have produced some pretty amazing results. Herbs like Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba can both add a bit of pep to your step – but my favorite energy enhancer is Royal Jelly. Royal Jelly is one of the most nutritionally dense foods there is – I keep a bottle of Royal Jelly capsules right at my desk specifically for days like today and I love them.

#5) Super Shower: In my opinion if you’re looking for a quick pick-me-up nothing works better than a “super shower” as I like to call it. What I do is I start off by taking a nice hot shower and when I’m ready to rinse off I turn the water to cold. It’s a little shocking at first but it works like a charm. The sudden change in temperature stimulates the circulation of blood in your body allowing blood to penetrate deeper into your body’s soft tissue. Just make sure you talk to your doctor before trying this technique – because it’s a shocker.

#6) Get Moving: Taking 5 minutes in the morning to take part in some kind of physical activity can have a dramatic effect on your energy reserves. Exercise gets the blood flowing to all parts of your body bringing with it fresh oxygen and raw energy.

Finally: a pain fighting formula that not only eradicates pain but also increases joint mobility and repairs years of damage from constant wear and tear. And this is the only place you’ll find it, anywhere.

#7) Hydrate: One of the most common causes of fatigue is simple dehydration. So if you’re looking for a little burst of energy try drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning. And make it your goal to have at least 7 more throughout the course of your day. Water is the giver of life.

Hopefully you’ll never need to use any of these tips – if you’re eating right and getting at least 8 hours sleep, fatigue probably doesn’t affect you very often.

But of course there’s always nights like last night – which means there will always be mornings like today.

So the next time you’re feeling a little sluggish – before you reach for the coffee or some new fangled energy drink try my sugar, caffeine and calorie free approach first. It works!

The proof’s in the pudding – I’m still here.

Stay Healthy!
