Well guys it’s my sad duty to report that one of the manliest men to ever grace the silver screen has died recently.

Oscar winning actor Jack Palance, star of such films as City Slickers and Sudden Fear died of natural causes last Friday at the grand age of 87.
His face was known all over the world and his list of movie accomplishments are as long as my arm, but to me Jack Palance was special for an entirely different reason.

Jack was a man among men, and even at 87 he was as strong and virile as most men just a fraction of his age.

So after hearing about his recent death I was quite shocked. I thought he might live forever! But it really got me to thinking about a lot of things – most importantly, what was his secret.

How does a man stay in peak physical condition, keep a youthful glow and still drive the women crazy long after most men have given up on life completely?

I don’t know if you remember or not – but when Jack took the stage to receive his award for best supporting at the 1992 Academy Awards he dropped down and started doing one arm pushups to demonstrate his power.

Not bad for a 73 year old man! And he later joked that he could do 2 arm push ups all night long – with or without a girl there.

And it was that very mindset that optimized Jack, and why he was regarded as one of the most intimidating manliest men in Hollywood.

Jack was rough, tough and a real ladies man – basically your modern day cowboy. Which really got me to thinking – how did he do it.

So I sat up last night on my computer do try and find out a little more about this model of manliness – and I was pleased to find out that he was quite outspoken of the subject on the subject of health and virility.
