It’s one of the basic necessities of life that we simply can’t live without… just like good nutritious food, fresh air and clean water.

“It’s between the seventh and eighth hour of sleep where we get almost a full hour of REM sleep, the time when the mind repairs itself, grows new connections and puts it all together.”
If your brain is not being allowed to repair… you’re body responds to what the brain needs… and that could mean that even missing just a few hours sleep could have a serious effect on your overall health.

Try going to bed early enough so your body has time to wake up naturally… without the need for an alarm clock.
