Bladder Relief Right Under Our Noses
Sometimes we miss things that seem – when we look back on them later – pretty obvious. Even doctors can miss putting 2 and 2 together. That’s what happened with a potent new secret that eases leaks, urges, and other bladder issues.
It’s remarkable scientists didn’t make the connection sooner… because it’s been used for certain “male problems” for a number of years. But now the secret’s out, there’s already a second breakthrough. But more on that in a few moments.
First, let’s take a look at the original breakthrough…
Bladder Relief Right Under Our Noses
For more than a quarter-century, we’ve had good evidence pumpkin seeds support prostate health. Men who take pumpkin seed extract usually find solid prostate relief. Including improvements in urinary issues.
I suppose the connection wasn’t completely obvious. But, at some point, doctors began to wonder if pumpkin seeds were doing more than easing prostate troubles. And it turned out they do.
In fact, pumpkin seeds have a lot of healthy qualities. They contain powerful antioxidants… they help ease irritated tissue… they promote a healthy metabolism… and they discourage abnormal cell growth.1
A study in Thailand also shows pumpkin seeds help block the formation of painful crystals in the bladder and urinary tract.2
There were much earlier hints, too. Native Americans used pumpkin seeds for urinary tract health long before Western science was in the picture.
Over the last few years, bladder research has picked up… and the results have been very good.
Testers Give Pumpkin Seed 4+ Stars Out of 5
Following up on Western studies, a Japanese team gave pumpkin seed extract to 145 volunteers suffering with frequent urges. They followed up after 6 and 12 weeks… while their subjects took the extract daily.
At both points, the volunteers had found what the study’s authors call “significantly reduced” urges.3
In a Swedish study, doctors gave specially prepared pumpkin seed extract to a small group of volunteers. All were women 45 – 65 with bladder problems.
At the start of the study, the women had to use the restroom an average of more than 9 times a day… twice during the night… and had more than two “accidents” daily.
By week 8, they were down to an average of less than 6 bathroom breaks per day… less than once per night… and only 1 leak per day on average.
The results were so encouraging, the researchers ran their study for an extra four weeks. On week 12, daytime visits to the bathroom dropped by another 7.4%… nighttime trips to the restroom were down another third… and leaks dropped by 40% from week 8.
The volunteers’ satisfaction grew every 4 weeks, too. By week 12, they gave the extract average ratings of more than 4 out of 5 stars in every category.4
Believe it or not, researchers have found a way to make pumpkin seed extract even better.
The Most Potent Natural Bladder Solution Yet
Now scientists have combined pumpkin seed extract with soy extract. Working together, this may be the best natural bladder solution yet.
For example, a Japanese team tested this combo on 50 women aged 35 to 84. All the women suffered with frequent urges and leaks. At the study’s end, 48 of the 50 had gotten substantial relief.5
In a 2014 study, another pumpkin-soy combination yielded solid results.
120 women took either the herbal combo or an inactive placebo. After 12 weeks, the herbal group showed far more improvement than those taking the placebo. The herbal group showed improvement in 5 key areas…
• They had to “go” less often during the day
• They had fewer sudden urges
• The urges they had were less pressing
• Nighttime trips to the bathroom were fewer
• They had leaks less often.6
Pumpkin seed and soy extracts have made quite a splash in a very short time. And with results like these, it’s easy to see why.
