Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a US Money Order or a personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above. All charges will show up on credit card statements as the name Best Life Herbals, LLC.

No hassles, no questions asked. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If items are faulty upon delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product, we will arrange for a re-ship. If you have changed your mind or just want to take advantage of the guarantee, please refer to the returns section below.

How to Return an Item: To take advantage of our one year guarantee you are required to return the product purchased, whether empty, unused or partially used for a complete 100% refund of your purchase price, only. Shipping and handling charges on any shipment are not refundable. Please return your unused, empty or partially used bottles to Best Life Herbals, Returns Department, 329 E 2100 S Salt Lake City, UT 84115. A refund will be issued upon receipt of your return. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to post to your account. We strongly recommend that some form of delivery confirmation is used so that there is no question of return. Best Life Herbals d/b/a Wellspring is not liable for refunds on lost packages. Packages that are refused when delivered should ultimately be returned to sender by the US Postal service, however, Best Life Herbals d/b/a Wellspring is NOT responsible for refunding packages that are lost in transit. Our strong recommendation if you have changed your mind for any reason is to follow the return instructions above in order to ensure delivery to our facility so that a refund can be processed. Again, shipping and handling is not refundable on any order. Packages that are refused will be refunded less 10% handling fee upon receipt, we are not responsible for any packages not returned by the USPS.

Please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip so that we can identify who the refund belongs to, if you do not have your packing slip include a piece of paper with your name, address, phone number and order number if you have it.

Delivery Information

All orders placed online will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. We do not ship packages on Saturday or Sunday or any major holidays. We ship via USPS, an email confirmation of shipment is sent out for all orders providing a valid email address the day your order ships. Included in the email confirmation is a tracking number for your order. For international shipments a package ID number is provided.

Please be aware that USPS tracking often consists of only two statuses: “The USPS was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing” and “Your package was delivered”. Most major metropolitan areas will receive the package within three to five days of shipping, so we do hope the lack of day-to-day tracking by the USPS does not present an inconvenience. Pricing

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and for international orders are exclusive of VAT or any other fees customs imposes. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 48 business hours of receipt).It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.

As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as ‘customer’ in this agreement.
